My aim is to promote the use of aromatherapy in daily life to help maintain a healthy mind and body and to make therapeutic aromatherapy available to all. Qualified in clinical aromatherapy, mental health nursing and with a degree in science, I firmly believe in the mind- body connection and that neither side should be treated in isolation. I believe essential oils incorporated into everyday life can help us stay balanced and manage stress more efficiently so improving overall quality of life.
All my raw materials, base products and pure essential oils are sourced from reputable suppliers and are of therapeutic grade. My products do not contain animal extracts, artificial colouring or fragrance and are not tested on animals.
The essential oils I use are specifically selected for their healing properties and are hand-blended into unique products to give you a therapeutic experience.
